Something in you recognised a different frequency and followed it. That is how this works. The New Earth is a state of resonance before it is a physical place, and those who find themselves here do so because something in them was ready to.
What this page holds is a map of sorts. The New Earth carries new responsibilities, new practices, and new ways of relating to reality. Some of the old mechanisms will still appear — in media, in advertising, in cultural habits — and this page is here to help you see them clearly without giving them more weight than they deserve. The attention goes toward the new, and the old simply loses its hold.
Each planet of our solar system holds a frequency that is active in this transition. What follows is an invitation to orient yourself within each one.

Suppressed emotional expression and the accumulation of unprocessed feeling in the body and field
The New Earth is not a single frequency. It is a range. Some are experiencing 5th-dimensional reality, where heart-centred choices generate their outcomes with increasing speed. Others are touching 7th-dimensional states, where the relationship between thought, intention, and manifestation becomes near-immediate. The field is available to everyone at whatever level they are ready to inhabit.

When we close our eyes and visualise something with genuine intent, we draw the focus of our higher self, and of source, directly onto that thing. Reality as a hologram projected by consciousness means that what we give attention and feeling to is what the field has to work with. This is why clearing the mind and the emotional body matters so much: the clearer the projector, the cleaner the image.

The sun is actively sending new frequencies into the physical world. Solar flares are a delivery system as much as a physical phenomenon. Spending time in direct sunlight with full presence, no screens, no headphones, simply receiving, allows those codes to land in the body. Perceiving the sun's rays as love and as direct contact with source changes the quality of what arrives. Step outside. Breathe. Let it in.
Love is the navigational principle of the universe. Venus holds the intelligence of how love is expressed: romantic, familial, universal, self-directed. Lee Harris's concept of heart currency speaks to Venus directly: as we clear the heart, we build its capacity to generate. A clear, open heart is one of the most powerful creative instruments available to us in this reality.
Mercury governs the great clearing of thought patterns that no longer align. This is the deweeding of the mind: recognising what has been running on autopilot, choosing what language to keep, and learning to speak without residue or mistrust colouring the words. The power of consciously chosen language is profound. Every word carries a frequency into the field before it ever reaches another person.
Jupiter governs the expansion of the individual into their creative and soul purpose. Following what genuinely excites and expands is a navigation system, pointing toward the soul mission. Creativity in the New Earth is generative in a literal sense: creative output is how many people will build their reality and their livelihood. Jupiter says: go bigger, go further, trust the expansion.
Mars in the New Earth is a call to healthy emotional expression. The collective is being asked to process anger, frustration, and the deeper grief underneath them rather than letting those energies calcify. Mars is also the will to stand for what is genuinely right, to act from integrity rather than reaction. In turbulent times, learning to move Mars energy constructively — through the body, through honest expression, through deliberate action — is a core practice.
Saturn's frequency in the New Earth is service: deliberate, humble, and often unglamorous. Picking up rubbish on a walk. Volunteering time without recognition. Being present and available for someone processing a difficult emotion. These acts generate a field coherence that is real and cumulative. Doing what is right for the collective, even when it goes unseen, is the energy Saturn is working with right now.
Neptune governs the dissolution of illusions that kept the old frequency in place. The veil between physical and non-physical reality is genuinely thinning. Psychic sensitivity, dream clarity, and the capacity to perceive beyond the visible are expanding across the collective. Neptune asks that we trust what we feel and what we perceive beyond the physical, and build practices that support that perception rather than dismiss it.
Uranus governs the energy of awakening that arrives unexpectedly and completely reorganises the previous structure. The breakdowns of old systems, personal and collective, that feel sudden and destabilising are often Uranian. Its role in the New Earth is liberation from patterns that have run their course: outdated belief systems, inherited limitations, structures that were maintained through inertia rather than genuine alignment. Uranus energy is best met with curiosity rather than resistance.
Earth herself is going through significant energetic changes. The Schumann resonance, the measurable heartbeat of the planet, spikes with increasing frequency and intensity. Schumann resonance ↓Earth's heartbeat is measurable. The Schumann resonance, normally sitting around 7.83 Hz, spikes regularly now — sometimes dramatically. Many people feel these spikes as heightened sensitivity, fatigue, emotional intensity, or physical pressure even without being aware of the cause. On the day after a large spike, the sense of having been energetically drained or overstimulated often peaks.
Tracking the Schumann resonance gives context to those experiences. When you know the earth had an active day, you can respond to your own state with more compassion and less self-correction. You were not malfunctioning. You were feeling the field.
Grounding on days of high Schumann activity — feet on the earth, time in nature, deliberate stillness — allows the body to process the frequency rather than accumulate it. The earth is asking us to keep up with her, and the best response is presence rather than resistance.
